what is included in your wedding coverage?
I plan to cover your entire day (typically 8-10 hours). From the point where you get ready to the point where you’re married(!) & dancing your umm.. butt off. I want to be there for everything to make sure I document the day from start to finish. Contact me here & we can go over the details.
how far in advance should we book you?
Typically, I book 6-12 months prior to the wedding day. This gives us plenty of time to go over the details for the day, to meet in person & become familiar with one another. I also like to do your engagement session prior to the wedding to give us face time with one another & to work with each other in front of the camera before the big day.
how would you describe your style of photography?
I like to capture the wedding day as natural as possible, meaning I’m not interferring and let the moments unfold naturally. This gives you the comfort to know that you can be yourselves & to just enjoy your big day. I have a keen eye at capturing special moments & want to deliver an accurate story of your day. I try to remain in the background, but will mix in posed shots for portraits and group photos; I will also capture candid moments during this portion as well. In terms of processing, I like a mixture of color & BW, and edit with a style that I feel fits the images to look their best. If you love what you see on my website, then you can expect more of the same. :)
my wedding venue requires vendors to have liability insurance, do you have that?
Yes, I have liability insurance that covers up to $1 million. I just hope I never have to use it!
do you do other types of work besides weddings?
I really enjoy documenting weddings, but I also am available for events, family photos, or portraits (ie. senior pictures). Contact me for pricing & details.
